Man kann dort Musik herunterladen und ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das legal ist.

es ist illegal aber who cares?

Erwischen kann man dich dabei nicht und wo wir schon bei illegalen Downloads sind, beemp3 ist nicht die beste Seite zum Musik runter laden, wenn du schon Musik runter lädst dann solltest du das P2P Netzwerk nehmen, die Lieder sind dort oftmals in einer besseren Qualität als gekaufte Lieder.
