Ebenfalls diese Felgen waren eingetragen,und einer der Polizisten behauptete, es seien unerlaubte Felgen und es würde sich nicht um die eingetragenen Felgen handeln. Scheinbar haben die Felgen eine ein gestanzte Nummer und der Fahrer wurde aufgefordert die Felgen an Ort abzubauen damit der Polizist die Nummer vergleichen kann. Die Jungs Ihrerseits verweigerten diese Aufforderung und begründeten das er als Polizist in der Beweispflicht ist, und er selber die Felge abmontieren solle!! Daraufhin lies die Polizei einen Abschleppdienst kommen und der Wagen wurde auf einen Polizeihof gebracht.Der Polizist ordnete an, das das Auto von einem Mechaniker kontrolliert wird ,wobei sich herausstellte das es sich um die eingetragenen Felgen handelt.Die Polizei forderte den Fahrer auf die Kosten für Abschleppen und Kontrolle des Autos zu übernehmen alles zusammen 200.-Euro. Meine Frage zu diesem Fall handelt es sich hier nicht um Nötigung von Seiten der Polizei? Soll man da einen Rechtsanwalt einschalten? Für eure Meinungen wäre ich sehr dankbar!!!<br />PS: Die Jungs sind immer ruhig geblieben,und haben auch keine unanständigen Antworten gegen.Einer der Jungs hat das ganze Gespräch auf sein Handy verdeckt aufgenommen. Und ich kann versichern das die Polizei so richtig überheblich gehandelt hat.Habe das Gespräch zweimal abgehört.
