Gestern hab ich versuch, meine HA zu machen. Ich konnte mich nicht konzentrieren und hatte keine Lust, sie zu machen. Ich aß und aß bis es mir übel würde.(anderer Grund war auch Stress)<br />Ich hab natürlich schon versucht, meine Essattacken zu kontrollieren, aber es gelingte mir nur für einen Tag. Am nächsten Tag war es noch schlimmer.
